All sales are final and we are unable to cancel/refund orders once your items are shipped. If you have ordered in error or need to amend shipping details, please get in touch right away.

Order number (this is not the same as your receipt number)
Details of the fault, and photos where possible
If you would like a refund or a replacement order
(Please note that any items that are used, with tags removed, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement)
