SHIPPING & RETURNS
Everything in the shop is shipped using the national postal service, and will be transferred to the relative service in the recipients country.
Made to order items may take up to 2 weeks to ship, but we'll keep you updated throughout the process and will try to get your order out as soon as possible! Orders are usually only shipped out once a week.
You'll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched - please allow 1 week for delivery, depending on where you are in the world. Keep an eye on your junk mail folders as your shipping confirmation may end up here!
Most orders are sent untracked, unless otherwise stated/requested. If you haven't received your items within two weeks of receiving a shipment notification, please get in touch as soon as possible. It is the customers responsibility to collect their items from a pickup point, and any mis-deliveries not declared within one month of dispatch will be disregarded.
If you'd like to pick up your order from the studio, please get in touch before ordering and we'll send you a discount code.
Return & Exchange Policy
It's okay to change your mind! If you'd like to return or exchange an item, just get in touch. Unfortunately we're unable to cover any postage costs but will always refund the item itself upon receipt, provided it is returned unused. We also don't take returns on any samples/seconds - please ask for additional photos before purchasing if you're unsure!
Please note that made to order items cannot be returned (phone cases and custom rugs). Limited edition (8 or less) and original prints also cannot be returned.
We also have a no returns policy on wholesale orders as these are usually made to order. All items are quality checked before they are packed up and sent out, but if they are damaged in transit please get in touch and remember to take photos!
