For the rest of Europe, please order by December 8th (tracked shipping is recommended)
For the rest of the world, please order by December 4th (tracked shipping is recommended)
Running a little late? We also offer UPS express shipping, which is available up until December 18th.
Please note that tracking information on non-UPS orders can take 48 working hours to update. This is due to increased demand and our shipment collections being limited - e.g. your order will be processed and marked as shipped, but it may not be collected that same day.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
For all order enquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number.
Domestic standard untracked and tracked shipping - 1-2 working days
International standard untracked and tracked shipping - 3-10 working days
Express UPS/FedEx shipping - 1-3 working days (depending on location)
Studio collection: Please note that studio collection is only offered on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10-17:00. You will receive an email when your order is ready, but please allow a minimum of 72 hours before collecting your goods, especially during busy periods when it may take longer to reach and process your order.
All orders are shipped using the national postal service (unless express UPS/FedEx shipping is selected), and will be transferred to the relative service in the recipients country.
Orders with standard shipping are sent untracked. If you haven't received your items within four weeks of receiving a shipment notification, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are currently only able to offer returns and exchanges to customers ordering within the European union, as our logistics department isn't yet set up to import international returns. Please note that any return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer, and we are not able to refund the original shipping fee from your order.
To register a return/exchange, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number, which item/s you're returning/exchanging and reason for return/exchange. We will then provide you with our shipping address and instructions, and will be in touch to complete your return/exchange once we have received and processed your order.
If you have received a faulty item/s, we are of course happy to refund or replace the item/s as long as they have not yet been used.
Please check that you are ordering the correct size/colour/quantity before purchasing, as some orders are sent on the same day and it may not be possible to make any amendments.
While we are able to offer returns and exchanges for customers based in the EU, all other international sales are final and we are unable to cancel orders once your items are shipped. If you have ordered in error or need to amend shipping details, please get in touch within 60 minutes of placing your order.
We take pride in the quality of our items and are very happy with our local manufacturers. However, if you have received a faulty item (it can happen from time to time), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the below information:
Order number (this is not the same as your receipt number)
Details of the fault, and photos where possible
If you would like a refund or a replacement order
(Please note that any items that are used, with tags removed, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement)
