SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Please note that there is just one person processing and packing your orders, and during busy periods this can take up to two weeks.
International shipping is slowly getting back to normal after some pandemic related delays, and in most cases you should receive your order within 2 weeks. We do however ask that you wait 8 weeks before declaring your item/s as missing, as most packages are returned to me within this time frame.
Please be aware that if you're ordering from the UK, you may now have to pay import duties on your order.

Studio collection: Please note that studio collection is only offered on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10-17:00. You will receive an email when your order is ready, but lease allow a minimum of 72 hours before collecting your goods, especially during busy periods when it may take longer to reach and process your order. Of course this goes without saying, but please do not come in if you or anyone around you has symptoms of Covid-19.
Everything in the shop is shipped using the national postal service, and will be transferred to the relative service in the recipients country.
Most orders are sent untracked, unless otherwise stated/requested. If you haven't received your items within eight weeks of receiving a shipment notification, please get in touch as soon as possible.
KJP is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged. Once your order has been shipped, please contact your national mail carrier with any queries or concerns as we are unable to look into any shipping issues. In the rare case that an order is deemed 'undeliverable' and is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products but not the shipping costs. If the buyer has made an error with their delivery address, or moves residence within 4 weeks of ordering, any items not received will not be refunded.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
Please check that you are ordering the correct size/colour/quantity before purchasing, as some orders are sent on the same day and it may not be possible to make any amendments.
If you have received a faulty item/s, we are of course happy to refund or replace the item/s as long as they have not yet been used.
