As a small business your orders are always appreciated, but right now they mean more than ever and I'm hugely grateful for each and every one.
If you're worried about shipments getting lost but want to order something that is low in stock or an original print, please just add a note at checkout to say that you'd rather the order was shipped at a later date.
Countries that are currently affected by shipping delays:
Swedens postal service has announced on the 25th March that all shipments to Australia will be suspended until further notice, due to a decrease in air traffic. Orders to Australia can still be placed, but please bear in mind that they can't be dispatched until the suspension has been lifted.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like to check shipping information to your country.
Outside of Europe:
Shipments are still going ahead, but please bear in mind that there are severe delays due to the decrease in flight traffic. If you're concerned about your order you're welcome to get in touch, however if you haven't chosen tracked shipping it's not possible to give you any information on where your order is. Right now, your order may take anywhere between 2-8 weeks to arrive so please bear this in mind if you will be travelling or moving in the near future.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders can take anywhere between 1 day to 2 weeks to be dispatched. Since this is predominantly a one-woman-run business, we can't pack and ship your orders every day - but in most cases it will only be a maximum wait of 3 working days before your order is dispatched.
Some items will have a longer wait time depending on stock, but this is always stated in the product description. This is because we don't want to over produce anything and would rather keep low quantities of stock to avoid waste! If you need your order quickly, please pop this in your order notes and we'll try to make it a priority.
What happens after my order is shipped?
You'll receive a confirmation email to let you know your order has been dispatched. If you choose tracked shipping (or spend over 800sek pre-shipping for free tracked shipping), you'll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your items - the shipment will usually be handed over to your national postal service once it reaches the destination country. Tracked shipping within Sweden should be with you in 1-2 working days, and International tracked shipping may take 3-5 working days.
If you haven't paid or qualified for tracked shipping, your order will be sent out with no way to trace it. We really don't recommend this option if strangers have access to your post, as we can't do anything should your item be lost! In the event that your package is left unclaimed/deemed undeliverable, it will be sent back to us at the return address and you will be eligible for a product refund or we can send the order back to you. Please note that this process can take up to three months in some cases, depending on where you are in the world. That being said, 99.9% of all untracked orders have been delivered successfully, so there's usually no need to worry.
I haven't received my order?
Sorry about that! Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. If you have tracking information then we can look into where your package is, and if not we can keep an eye out in case your order is sent back to us.
How am I supposed to know how much this costs in my own currency?
This is THE MOST asked question we get! Emails, DMs, chat messages - all the time!
Since KJP is a registered business in Sweden, the currency on this website is automatically set to SEK ( Swedish Kronor). We realise that this is pretty unheard of in some parts of the world and it can be tricky to navigate, so at the bottom of each page you'll find yourself a handy little currency converter! If this doesn't work for you, just Google eg. 100sek in usd/gbp/eur/aud etc!
We're working on automatic currency conversions depending on your location, but we're not quite there yet!
Why is my coupon not working?
The 10% off new subscriber coupons aren't valid for original artworks, so if you have one of those in your basket the discount will not apply to that item.
How do I look after my products?
Cushion covers and shirts are machine-washable. We advise turning them inside out and washing at 30°C, but don't tumble dry! For caps, we recommend hand washing them with a mild detergent.
Can I exchange/return an item?
Of course! Most products can be exchanged or returned with no problems, but they must be unused and in their original state (with tags attached). Some items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned (custom rugs and phone cases). Please note that limited edition/original prints also can't be returned.
