Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! If there is an unforeseen issue shipping to your country with your chosen delivery service at the time of your order, you'll be notified as soon as possible. If it isn't possible to find an alternative shipping, you order will be cancelled and refunded. 

My new subscriber promo-code isn't working?

First of all, welcome! We're sorry your promo-code isn't working - unfortunately it isn't valid for items that are already on sale, but if this doesn't apply to you and you're still having issues at checkout, please email us at and we'll get it checked for you.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders of in-stock items will ship within 3 working days. Please allow longer during busy periods and get in touch if you need an order urgently - we recommend selecting express shipping with UPS or FedEx for any time-sensitive orders.

Domestic standard untracked and tracked shipping - 1-2 working days

International standard untracked and tracked shipping - 3-10 working days

Express UPS/FedEx shipping - 1-3 working days (depending on location)

Which payment methods do you accept ?

We take payments from most major card providers through Stripe. If you're based in the following countries, you can also pay with Klarna:

What happens after my order is shipped?

You'll receive a confirmation email to let you know your order has been dispatched (sometimes these go to junk mail so don't forget to check there before reaching out). If you choose tracked shipping, you'll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your items - the shipment will usually be handed over to your national postal service once it reaches the destination country. Shipping within Sweden should be with you in 1-2 working days, and International tracked shipping usually takes 3-10 working days to arrive.*

I haven't received my order?

Please get in touch at and let us know. If you have tracking information then we can look into where your package is, and if not we can keep an eye out in case your order is sent back to us. We want you to receive your orders just as much as you do, so we're always happy to send out replacement orders where possible! 

Will there be added duties to pay upon delivery?

All orders are shipped from Sweden and import fees will vary from country to country. Orders shipped to EU countries will not be subject to additional taxes. Art prints are usually exempt from import duties, but please check this information on your government website. 

How do I look after my products?

As with any other screen printed products using water-based inks, the colours will fade with washing - like a pair of black jeans - so we advise spot cleaning cushions where possible. 


Screen printed t-shirts are more wash friendly than the linen cushions because of the fabric structure. Although we advise turning them inside out and washing at 30°C, but don't tumble dry unless you want some shrinkage! For caps, we recommend hand washing them with a mild detergent. 

I've received the wrong order?

We're so sorry about that! If your order doesn't look right, please send an email to with more information. 

I've received a faulty item?

While we know that the majority of our products are in perfect condition, we also know that the processes we use in production allow room for error. Since we can't physically check each and every item that goes out, please email if you've noticed a faulty product in your order and we'll get it fixed for you right away. Where possible, we will always refund or replace any items that are new/unused and damaged. 

Can I exchange/return an item?

We are currently only able to offer returns and exchanges to our customers within the EU, due to logistics, and all other international sales are final (with the exception of receiving faulty items). 

Please make sure that you have selected the right size/colour/quantity before placing your order, as it isn't always possible to make amendments if the order is shipped on the same day. 

*Please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive if overseas, as the speed that it is delivered will depend on location/ customs clearance.
